**These Terms of Service govern every AI video project Citra Frame (aivideobali.com) delivers for Bali and Indonesia-based clients. Citra Frame is a service brand operated by Bali Premium Trip, with production arranged through vetted licensed partners. By requesting a quote or paying a deposit, you accept the terms below, effective 16 July 2026 and subject to change.**
Citra Frame is the AI video production service of Bali Premium Trip (the “operator”). We act as an independent creative-technology studio and concierge for hotels, villas, wedding planners, tourism boards, creators, and brands. We are not a licensed legal, financial, or tax adviser, and where a project needs specialist crews, equipment, or software we do not own, that work is arranged via vetted licensed partners under contract to us.
Who do these terms apply to?
These terms apply to any person or business that contacts us through WhatsApp, email, or our website to discuss, commission, or receive AI-assisted video work. They form a binding agreement between you (the “client”) and Bali Premium Trip once you confirm a project in writing or pay a deposit. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Where a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or quotation exists, that document controls on any point it addresses. These general terms fill every gap it leaves open.
What services does Citra Frame provide?
Our scope covers AI-enhanced shooting, editing, personalisation, and content repurposing for the Bali travel, hospitality, and lifestyle sector. Typical deliverables include:
- Reels, short-form social edits, and platform-ready cutdowns
- Virtual tours and property walkthroughs
- Personalised guest welcome clips and dynamic promotional videos
- Multilingual subtitles, voiceover localisation, and itinerary explainers
- Strategy guides, tool comparisons, and done-for-you AI workflows
Deliverables, formats, run times, resolutions, and the number of language versions are fixed in your written quotation. Anything not listed there is out of scope and quoted separately. We may decline any brief that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or misrepresents a real person or venue.
How do quotes, deposits, and payments work?
Every project starts with a written quote. Prices are set by Citra Frame as a commercial business and are never presented as official data or a published rate card. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and are confirmed only when the booking deposit clears.

Deposits confirm your production slot and are non-refundable once pre-production begins, because we commit crew, tools, and calendar time on your behalf. Invoices are issued in IDR or USD. Third-party costs (stock assets, licensed music, premium AI tool credits, talent fees) are passed through at cost and shown on your quote where known.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in your quote (commonly two rounds on the primary edit). A “round” means one consolidated set of feedback returned together, not a running stream of separate change requests.
Revisions beyond the included rounds, new creative directions after approval, or changes to a brief you already signed off are billed at our standard hourly or per-project rate. We store project files for a limited retention window after final delivery, after which archived assets may be purged.
Who owns the footage and final videos?
Ownership transfers only after full payment clears. Until then, all footage, edits, and drafts remain the property of Bali Premium Trip.
- Final deliverables: on full payment, you receive a licence to use the approved final videos for the purposes agreed in your quote (for example, your hotel’s social channels and website).
- Raw footage and project files: these stay with us unless your quote explicitly includes raw or source-file handover, which is priced separately.
- Our tools and methods: our AI workflows, templates, prompts, and internal processes remain ours and are not transferred.
- Third-party assets: licensed music, stock, fonts, and AI-model outputs remain subject to their originating licences, and your use is bound by those terms.
- Your materials: brand assets, logos, and footage you supply stay yours; you grant us a licence to use them solely to complete your project.
You confirm that anything you provide us, and every person and property shown in it, carries the permissions and model or property releases needed for the intended use. You indemnify us against claims arising from materials or releases you failed to secure.
How do we handle AI and synthetic media?
AI generation and enhancement are central to our work. We disclose the use of synthetic or AI-generated media where it could mislead a viewer about a real person, place, or event, and we follow reasonable industry practice on labelling. We do not create synthetic likenesses of identifiable people without documented consent, and we do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, awards, or credentials for you or for ourselves.
You are responsible for how you deploy AI-assisted content once delivered, including any platform disclosure rules and advertising-standards obligations in your target markets.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling rules?
Either party may cancel in writing. Deposit treatment depends on notice given before the agreed shoot or production start date.

We may reschedule for weather, safety, permit, or force-majeure events (including acts of nature, outages, or government restrictions) without penalty, and will offer the nearest workable date.
How do we protect your data?
We process personal data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP). For clients and contacts in the European Union or United Kingdom, we handle personal data with GDPR-aware safeguards, including purpose limitation and reasonable security. We collect only what a project needs, retain it for a limited period, and do not sell it. Our separate Privacy Policy sets out your access and deletion rights and how to exercise them.
What are the limits of our liability?
We deliver services with professional care, but we make no guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise specific reach, views, engagement, bookings, rankings, or revenue from any video, because those depend on platforms, markets, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent Indonesian law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profit or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How is this agreement governed?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bali. We will always try to resolve issues directly first. We may update these terms, and the version in force is the one published here on the date you commission work.
